The hotel is located just across from the town hall in the village of Copdock, which is just outside the town of Ipswich.

Travelling on the A12, take the exit south of Ipswich sign posted Copdock and Washbrook.
From here follow the signs for Copdock. You will see the hotel on your left after travelling for approximately 1 mile.
Ipswich, being one of the oldest towns in England is steeped in history. This is evident, even when walking through the town as it has 660 listed buildings and 12 medieval churches.
Only 20 kilometres away is the town of Colchester. The Roman town of Colchester is Britain’s oldest listed town.
The waterfront in Ipswich has been recently regenerated, and the great cafés, bars and restaurants of Neptune Marina are a great place to visit and spend a leisurely afternoon or evening.
Jimmy’s Farm is nearby, and a fantastic day trip for the whole family. As seen on TV, the farm features many different farm animals to visit, scenic nature trails and woodland walks, serene gardens and an adventure play area. There is also a shop and kitchen at the farm.
Be sure to ask at reception about what’s playing at The Regent Theatre. This theatre in Ipswich town always has a busy programme of concerts and plays.
